Overall structure:

The scanner adopts the chain design, which can install and dismantle the link joint freely according to the size of the pipe diameter to be detected. Two configuration schemes can be selected: single-chain one-sided inspection on SCQsp-1DL and double-chain double-sided inspection on SCQsp-1SL for simultaneous detection. CTS-PA22A software was used to detect circumferential weld on small pipe. In addition, we also provide specially designed low-profile wedges for fitting each pipe diameter, which is used together with the SCQsp-1 scanner.
